Expressive style

A social specialist can be called as expressive these are the ones who are socially very active and like to talk on random topics. They always like to participate in teams, projects and conversations. These kinds of people are very generous and have the quality to turn disaster into humor. I want to ask question from my audience that have you ever feel free to talk about anything with your boss or superiors?
                                      


Some of them might have been and some of would have been hesitating. But it also depends upon the working environment in which they are working and also the personality of the person with whom they are communicating.


Think about an organization where employees are having the opportunity to present their ideas and new concepts which can be beneficial for the business in the long run. And the employees who are expressive will participate and which will provide them the platform for expressing themselves.


This also shows that they are persuasive, ambitious and charismatic. Hence kind of behavior is very good and the parties which are communicating with each are feel more comfortable and they also get inspire from each other. Rather it is a little bit informal way of communication but still it is very effective. This kind of working environment adapts creativity moreover increases the morale of the employees.

There are some negative aspects too of this type of style. The expressers might be disorganized, undisciplined, incredibly talkative and loud which can act as a barrier of the business organizations and might can cause conflicts among the cliques (crestcomleadership, 2015)
