Analytical style

When we hear the word Analytical the things which strikes our mind are the logical facts and figures. And if we apply analytical style of communication in real life then it makes sense as people who communicate in this style are more thoughtful and purposeful and which actually have importance in the business world. There are people who take their time in making decisions as they believe in logical facts and data so after analyzing these things they come to any conclusion.

I feel that this type of communication is good for the business due following reasons


1.     Helps in smooth functioning of the internal staff

Imagine a situation when your boss is asking you to give an explanation on annual sales of the company and at that moment you are not having any idea or having the actual figures in your mind. So, if you were prepared before with the collected data then you would have given the right answer and which would have helped your boss to work on the other aspects. This type of communication leads to time saving and also effective in the smooth functioning of the internal staff.       
                                        


2.     Dealing with the problems

Analytical skills are good for any business organization as this helps in the problem solving. An employee who have the analytical skills are fully organized and they know how to get the solution because this kind of people organize themselves with the accurate data and figures.

This is the more official and formal way of communication most of the employees use in their day to day activities. But apart from this there are other styles too which have their own behaviors and roles in the business world which I will be describing in my further posts. (Kirk, 2009)
