Amiable Style

This type of personality is opposite of drive style. This type of people are very well balanced and patient. They focus on feelings and effective teamwork. The people with amiable style are intuitive. They are very friendly, sensitive and good listeners. We can say this that they are a kind of expressers and are always ready to help their friends. Rather than this, they are slow in making big decisions but can work efficiently on participation and involvement.



                                             
On the dark side, the amiable type of people are not confident, they always hesitate and are dependent on others. And when they are under stress, they get agree with the others decisions. These kinds of traits can be harmful for the business.

Imagine you have given task by your boss to prepare a presentation and present in front of the other party and you are not confident about the task and when you are going to present you will be hesitating. The gestures your body will show at that time will be noticed by the other party and which would make the wrong impression of the company.


But still these types of people are also need for the organization as they create a healthy environment. Moreover, these people also promote the teamwork, unity. They are the one’s whom you can trust upon. Also, they are very supportive and try their best to help someone. They are not offensive instead they are very relaxed and calm. The level of maturity can be seen through their way of talking.
