Driver Style

Driver style is just the opposite of the analytical communication style. In this there is no need for the facts and figures or data. This kind of people are very confident and naturally attracted towards the leadership. They are the visionaries who look where they are and where they are going to be in the future but the drawback is they not always take the important steps to reach where they want to.

                                    

These are fast forward and results driven, often get frustrated by the interference of other’s details and cautions but they deliver their work on time. They usually have a clear vision and are very good in motivating others.

This kind of communication may can cause conflicts in the business organizations as it can be seen as a weird behavior by the employees. But most of the times this kind of attitude is ignored by the other workers so as to maintain a peaceful environment at the workplace.

On the other side, driver style is also the need for the business because overall goal of earning profits and it can only be fulfilled if the employees do their work effectively. The users of this style can be known as selfish because they can do anything to complete their task. According to me, rather this style is effective in terms of results but still the one thing is missing that is the unity among the employees.
